The safety of our community has always been our top priority, and we’re even more focused on it now. To set the tone for our industry, we’ve made changes to how we operate—all designed to keep our members, staff, and instructors safe. Here are all the changes you can expect:

The New Standard For Clean

Top-grade disinfectant & more frequent cleaning. Staff will use hospital grade disinfectant. Our product is an EPA Certified (All Purpose Cleaner & Disinfectant). Our product started 15 years ago in surgical environments through the founding doctor and his medical colleagues. Most widely used products today rely on chemicals to kill, leveraging toxic formulations to stop pathogens. Our products advancements in the field of nanotechnology created a process that mechanically kills pathogens. The material has been developed in such a way that it creates a new newly modified surface barrier that consists of micro crystalline spikes which neutralize pathogens on contact and continues to work long after initial contact.

These products are fast acting nanoparticulate silica that prevent pathogens from attaching to surfaces. The solution is composed of the silicon dioxide (siO2) crystals, held in suspension. The silica structure is 30x times smaller than the majority of pathogens it encounters, thereby creating an impenetrable defense.

All Transformer Pros and Power Towers will be disinfected by staff after each use even if the machine was not used. This will include every part of the machine- springs, handlebars, cables, carriage, resistance knobs, side-rails and foot-pads. We will continue to provide sanitizing wipes as you enter the studio and as an additional precaution, we will provide unlimited wipes for guest to wipe down their equipment after use.

All staff will be required to wear gloves when cleaning. Face masks will be provided and required to be worn by the front of the house staff and trainers will wear a mask while teaching.

All guests will be required to wear a face mask while entering and exiting the studio. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $12.00. Our masks are FIONx Protective Mask — a machine washable mask engineered from our proprietary FIONx fabric featuring three layers of protection, including BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency) with a PM2.5 activated filter.

All guests and staff will be pre-screened for health assessment and temperature checks. For the safety of our community, those with an above-normal temperature will kindly be asked to leave the studio and return another time. If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio until your symptom-free and fever-free for three days. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19. If you feel unwell or have any concerns about coming into class, please stay home and stay safe. We’ll happily add the class back to your account, and welcome you back when you’re healthy and feel comfortable coming back

Modified schedule. We have added additional time between classes to ensure no overlap between guests and additional time for cleaning.

No Cubbies. Please bring only the essential items needed for class. The cubby room is closed until further notice.

No Towels Service. We strongly urge you to bring your own or if you forget you can purchase one from the studio for $15.00. The Ramp N Rize towel service has been suspended until further notice.

Arrive on time, but not too early. Plan to arrive 5 minutes before class begins. Our front desk will be managing check-ins and instructing you to go directly into your classroom. We ask that you go directly into the classroom and avoid stopping to chat in high-traffic areas. The retail and Grab N Go areas are only open to those who are shopping. At this time, we won’t allow entry beyond the start of class.

While in Class

We have reduced each class size to 6 members, to ensure 6 feet of social distance between each machine. To keep yourself and others safe, please use your assigned machine ONLY and avoid touching any other machine.

No hands-on adjustments. Our instructors are here to help you, from a safe distance. Moving forward we will be using only verbal cues to correct form. We’re encouraging our guests and staff to limit person-to-person contact, including hugs & high fives. Community love is in our DNA—but right now, this is the best way to take care of our team.

Moving Forward

When the studio reopens all memberships and class packages will be reactivated. If you require an extension, please email

We will be constantly monitoring the situation and updating our processes as necessary. We will be actively following the recommendations from the CDC as well as feedback from our valued guests.
