"A ship in harbor is safe... but that is not what ships are built for." - John A. Shedd
Heather is a group fitness instructor, professional dancer and choreographer. She lives in Sewickley, and is married with two children, Miralhi and Milo. Her motivation in physical practice is to help people uncover their fullest power, to open up places of strength, and trigger growth across physical, emotional, and spiritual planes. Exercise, in her opinion, should not be a form of punishment, but is a gift of empowerment. Professionally, Heather holds a BA in dance from Point Park University, is ACE and Revelation Wellness certified in Group Fitness and is a certified Health Coach.
