Michelle Parolini has dedicated her life to the belief that movement is medicine. A successful commercial real estate broker who has closed multimillion-dollar deals, she brings her knowledge of the business aspect of the fitness industry to her quest to help build and evolve fitness brands to be successful both financially and, most importantly, to help to redefine the idea of fitness as a client-focused concept with wellness over social media-driven ideals. A Master Coach for the Row House brand and NASM-CPT, Michelle also holds her Pilates Comprehensive with over 5000 hours in one on one training Pilates, specializing in sports training numerous athletes from the LPGA, NHL and NFL as well as D1 collegiate athletes. Additional certifications include Maddog Athletics Spinning, TRX, and Kettlebell Cardio, she is also a NOLS WMA Wilderness First Responder and CPR/AED certified. Michelle also founded a youth-based non-profit, Change the Game, that fosters healthy lifetyle habits to urban youth, focusing on physical and mental wellness. The company’s mission is to work with teens to identify a more engaged attitude, encouraging them to life with purpose, both in the community and personal lives. CTG also works in partnership with the Pennsylvania DCNR and the National Park Service.
