What should I expect from a Ramp N Rize Class?
The 3 S’s. To break a sweat, your muscles to shake, and to be sore afterwards!
How early should I arrive to class?
We ask all new students to please arrive 10-15 minutes early to their first class, and existing students 5 minutes early to check-in and begin class on time.
What should I bring?
We ask all students to wear grippy socks, which are available for purchase at the studio. Additionally, we kindly ask that you leave your cell phone in a cubby on silent mode.
Where should I park?
Sewickley – We offer free parking behind the studio, as well as paid parking options on the street.
Newport – We have plenty of parking spots available in the shared shopping center parking lot.
This is my first time, should I take a group or private class?
Our classes are designed for a group setting and include verbal cues, hands-on adjustments, as well as, demonstrations. If you feel more comfortable starting with a private session, that is also a great option and will allow you to get the most out of your first group class.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel a class, you must do so at least 12 hours before the class start time. For those on a membership, a $15 fee will be applied to any late cancellations or no-shows. For those using a class credit, your credit will be forfeited for any late cancellations or no-shows.
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or series. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens more than 12 hours before the start of class, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at any time more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware that the 12 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you are added to the class and don’t remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.
Any time before 12 hours of the start of class, if you are still on the waitlist and realize you no longer want a spot in class, please remove yourself from the waitlist, just like you would cancel a class, and the class credit will be returned to your account.
Please note that the waitlist locks and becomes void at the 12 hour mark prior to that class start time – therefore, potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis.
What is your late policy?
In order to maintain the integrity and flow of our classes, and in consideration for others, please be on time, at least 5 minutes early if an existing customer, and 10-15 minutes early if new. The door will be locked once class has begun, and we do not permit late entry. No exceptions.
What does it mean if I have been added to the waitlist?
When a spot becomes available, which could occur right up until class begins, you will AUTOMATICALLY be added to the class. Your pass will not be taken unless you are added to the class. Once added to the class, the reservation is automatically confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy. If added to an early morning class, this may happen in the middle of the night. To avoid being auto- added to a class you cannot get to in time, please be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist once you can no longer make it. (For example, if you know it will take you at least 20 minutes to get to the studio, and it starts in 15 minutes, please be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist).
What is your return/exchange policy?
Retail items purchased are eligible for exchange only. The exchange must occur within seven days of purchase, and with the original tags intact. All discounted items are final sale.
