How are the classes effective?

The Ramp ‘N’ Rize method uses slow controlled resistance-based movements that effectively stimulates and increases muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardio, core, flexibility and balance, and unlike traditional strength training, combines all elements of physical fitness into each and every move. Your body will hold contractions until the muscle fibres fatigue and EPOC is achieved. We ensure the desired results with real time data and progress updates.

How many classes should I take?

Ramp ‘N’ Rize is the perfect combination of strength and cardio, and we recommend 3-4 classes per week. But if you love it as much as we do, you can attend class 7 days a week. Just remember to listen to your body and rest and recover when needed. Feel free to stop at the front desk to allow one of our amazing instructors to plot out the perfect class schedule that meets your personal fitness goals.

How long is each class?

Ramp40 is a super effective 40-minute class featuring the TransformerPro.

Rize30 is an intensive 30-minute class with the Power Tower.

How do I schedule a class?

We have an easy to use and extremely secure software system to assist you in reserving a session. We recommend all of our members get familiar with our automated online booking system here on It is the easiest, fastest, and most accurate way to book classes. Simply create a username and password, and use it to schedule, purchase and track your visit history. If you forget your password or need more information, please send us an email.

What should I know about my first class?

  1. Be prepared to sweat, have fun and unleash your inner athlete!
  2. Please arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled class. When you arrive, the reception will check you in and give you a tour of our studio.
  3. 10 minutes before your scheduled class time, one of the trainers will walk you through the classroom set up and introduce you to your machine. This will be the perfect time to ask questions and to get comfortable before the class starts. Unfortunately, you will not be able to attend class if you are not in the studio at least 10 minutes before your first scheduled class, with no exceptions. This policy is for your safety and for the courtesy of the other members taking class.
  4. Grip socks are required for all our classes, and wearing these socks ensures the cleanest surfaces on the equipment and a safe class. Regular socks or bare feet are not permitted in the studio. If you do not own grip socks or have forgotten yours, these can be purchased at our studio.
  5. Our studio lockers are free to use for all personal belongings. We do not allow any personal items in the classrooms, with the exception of sealed water bottles and towels. If you have an important call, or are worried about the little one at home, just let the instructor know and we will have the reception desk watch that phone and grab you if needed.
  6. You’re going to get sweaty so please bring along a water bottle! Bottled water is also available to purchase at reception.
  7. Wear comfortable clothing that allows your muscles to stretch and your skin to breathe. We also sell Ramp ‘N’ Rize tees, vests, leggings and much more on and in the studio.
  8. You will not need to bring a towel - we have gym towels for all our clients. Just remember to drop that sweat soaked towel in the bins on your way out.

What happens if I arrive late to a class?

Please try and arrive 10 minutes before every class to sign in, grab a drink and towel. We reserve the right to refuse entry once the class is in session. Please try and be as non-disruptive as possible if entering the training studio late, as other clients will have begun their class. New clients must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their first class, and new clients will not be permitted entry to the training studio if they are not in the studio 10 minutes prior to class starting.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy so please be aware of this when booking classes. Classes cancelled after this time will not be refunded. For members on unlimited memberships, classes cancelled after this time or classes that you do not show up for, will be charged a $15.00 late cancellation/no show charge.

How does the Wait List work?

If a spot opens up you will receive an email and text message letting you know that space has been made available. All you need to do from here is login to our studio app and sign up for the class. Keep in mind everyone on the wait list has received the same email and text message and the spot will go to the first person who registers for the class.

If you Reserve/Wait List yourself for more than one class in a day, or more than is allowed by your current package, you are responsible for the purchase of and any cancellation penalties for all classes that you reserve and get bumped into from the Wait List.
