A 40-minute introduction for newcomers to the Ramp machine and the Ramp40 class structure. Moves will remain fundamental, and instructions will be broken down so that members build a deep understanding of proper alignment, the foundational principles of Ramp N Rize Method, and a familiarity with the names of the moves. New members will receive a great workout while learning the method and gaining confidence. This class is limited to 5 members ONLY. Seasoned RnR members are invited to the class as well to refresh the basics and get that burn that can be even deeper when going back to essentials. Please note all class times reflect a 5-minute cooldown and stretch.
